About the role

Responsibilities
- Practice advanced emergency and critical care medicine
- Manage a diverse ER caseload with clinical autonomy, handling cases not typically seen elsewhere
- Collaborate with board‑certified specialists in surgery and oncology
- Utilize advanced diagnostics including CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, and ICU monitoring
- Participate in specialized veterinary training courses (e.g., Global FAST Scan Ultrasound, 3‑Day Spay & Neuter Training, 2‑Day Hands‑On Dental Training)
Requirements
- Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian is preferred
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in the state of TN (preferred; licensure transfer fees covered)
