Part time, 24 hours

Responsibilities

• Assist the nurse in completion of patient care activities, taking into consideration the patient’s developmental levels.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, accept delegated tasks, and have the knowledge and understanding to ask questions and report patient information as indicated.
• Appropriately handle patient information, understanding confidentiality and privacy.
• Comply with the safety management program designed to provide a physical environment free of hazards and to reduce the risk of injury.
• Be knowledgeable about and responsive to the mission of the hospital.
• Promote a patient and family experience‑oriented environment and act as a change agent to meet the rapidly changing census and needs of all internal and external customers.
