Responsibilities
- Handle incoming emergency calls and provide immediate assistance
- Coordinate with police, fire, and ambulance services
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatching of emergency services
- Document all calls and incidents for record-keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in emergency services or customer service preferred
- Proficient in computer systems and software
