About the role
Serve others within your community in their time of need. Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property. Work hard and take pride in completing water and fire mitigation projects. Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.
Responsibilities
- High level of performance in water and fire mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Supervise and set jobsite expectations for other team members onsite.
- Handle job file documentation and report back to division manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Assist other team members as opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
Requirements

- Fluent in English.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
Qualifications
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred.
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred.
- Mold remediation certification preferred.
- Previous experience in water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, restoration, or construction preferred.
- Experience leading crews and training technicians is a plus.
- Certifications are preferred but not required. We provide training and opportunities to earn industry certifications.

Pay
Hourly pay: $27.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience, certifications, and leadership ability.
