About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, collaborating with the care team, patients, and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
Qualifications & Skills
Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Experience in Emergency Department is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule
Full-time position with night shifts, three 12-hour shifts weekly.
