About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to support personalized healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of patient data to inform medical decisions and treatment plans.
• Implement prescribed interventions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Seek guidance on complex cases from senior medical professionals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience, including specialty practice as per recognized nursing organizations.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
