About the role

The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to support positive outcomes. They analyze patient data to inform medical decisions and assist in implementing prescribed interventions, ensuring safety and protocol adherence. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, they facilitate communication and coordination of care.

Responsibilities

The role involves seeking guidance from senior medical professionals on complex cases to deliver optimal care. The RN performs additional duties as assigned, working under close supervision to support patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (required), with a preference for a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of RN experience, including clinical specialty experience as per recognized nursing organizations
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA
