Emergency Response Paramedic

About the role

We are seeking passionate Paramedics to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, utilizing both basic and advanced medical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations and determine the best course of action following progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Operate medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and administer intravenous fluids.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones to ensure reassurance and clear information.
• Lead scene and unit management as a team leader when required.
• Drive an ambulance during emergency responses.
• Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to promote positive community relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid WA State Paramedic License or NREMT-P certification.
• State Driver’s License with a compliant driving record.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Physical agility and some healthcare experience.
