Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (OVERNIGHT SHIFT)

About the role

Tri-State Medical Group is a leading provider of specialized medical transportation services in the Northeast region. We are hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to deliver top-tier care across North, Central, and South Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable patient transport to medical appointments.
• Assist with patient boarding using wheelchairs, stretchers, and other equipment.
• Provide basic medical assistance and first aid during transport.
• Ensure medical equipment is functional and stocked.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Clock transit schedules with dispatch for efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Respond to EMS runs and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain EMT certification and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Valid EMT certification
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Caregiver-oriented approach to care
