Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs
• Perform diagnostics such as EKGs and phlebotomy
• Apply orthopedic splints
• Manage behavioral health populations
• Ensure patient safety through careful observation and safe transport
• Coordinate clinical logistics
• Uphold safety and infection control standards
• Respond to emergency alerts, directly impacting patient outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• Hospital experience with foundational medical knowledge (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• High autonomy
• Ability to interpret clinical policies and perform clinical math tasks
