Emergency Department Technician
Description
MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Emergency Department Techs:
- 0-1 years of experience: $2,500 (full time)
- 1+ years of experience: $4,000 (full time)
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time positions. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary
This is a part time, evening shift position 3p-11p.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P, EMT-A, EMT-B, LPN, or CNA license required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Additional Skills/Requirements
Required: N/A
- Preferred: Basic computer skills.
