Emergency Department Nurse Manager, Nights

Responsibilities

• Aid in clinical and operational management, promoting patient-centered care.
• Maintain and enhance staff development and team collaboration.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, and budget monitoring using quality improvement techniques.
• Mentor staff, foster teamwork, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Implement and support evidence-based practices, participate in performance improvement activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support staff recruitment, retention, and professional growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• National nursing administration certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Proactive learner with knowledge of healthcare financing, data utilization, and regulatory requirements.
