Emergency Department Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated ER Nurse to join a fast-paced, collaborative emergency department, providing critical care to pediatric and adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
• EMT or ER experience is preferred.
