About the Role

As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support and collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff to promote teamwork, clinical excellence, and service quality.
• Support staff recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in budget management and apply quality improvement strategies.
• Foster a safe, collaborative environment aligned with professional standards and evidence-based practices.
• Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and represent the organization professionally.
• Support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development in nursing leadership and healthcare management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state Compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
