Embroidery Supervisor/Department Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversight of two fifteen-head Barudan multi-head machines and two six-head Barudan machines.
• All sew outs on one head machine and 1-offs.
• Schedule jobs, assign operators, ensure on time delivery.
• Train new embroidery machine operators.
• Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance.
• Review orders before they go to press to minimize downtime.
• Track inventory items for the embroidery room.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.

  Requirements

  • 3-5 years embroidery experience.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory or lead operator experience.
  • Able to multitask.
