We are seeking a results-driven Email Campaign Manager to join our client's Data Driven Communications team within Central Marketing. In this role, you will empower our marketing and business partners to execute high-impact acquisition and client engagement strategies by capturing key customer events, triggers, and attributes. Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will design, build, and optimize dynamic, multi-channel communication journeys that deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy multi-touch, multi-channel prospect and client communication journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Code dynamic email content, interactive landing pages, and reusable components using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS under an "edit once, impact many" architecture.
- Leverage advanced SFMC functionality to build scalable solutions triggered by specific customer events, alerts, and attributes.
- Maintain version control and code integrity using Visual Studio Code difference checks.
- Partner with central marketing and business teams to translate acquisition and engagement strategies into technical campaign execution.
- Serve as a technical thought partner, evaluating technology alternatives to balance personalization requirements, budgets, and aggressive deadlines.
- Lead both technical and non-technical partners through campaign lifecycles while maintaining alignment with the overall strategic technology vision.
- Manage end-to-end campaign intake, tracking, and delivery using workflow tools like Workfront within an Agile framework.
- Apply rigorous attention to detail to ensure all digital assets comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and email compliance standards.
- Enforce clear documentation standards across project teams to keep partner intent aligned throughout the production process.
- Contribute to and maintain shared knowledge bases (Confluence, Loop, OneNote) to document best practices, platform principles, and system guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience.
- 3+ years of HTML/CSS.
- 3+ years of current or prior Client or financial services experience (nice to have).
- Working knowledge of Workfront.
