What You'll Do

  • Partner with internal marketing teams and stakeholders to execute direct marketing campaigns on time and accurately.
  • Manage audience list selection and segmentation for email marketing campaigns.
  • Build, test, audit, and deploy commercial email campaigns using an Email Service Provider (ESP).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email platform capabilities and campaign execution best practices.
  • Perform creative, data, and QA testing to ensure campaign accuracy before launch.
  • Analyze campaign results and share performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track project status and timelines within workflow/project management tools.
  • Support campaign execution in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
  • Assist with cross-channel marketing initiatives including email, direct mail, mobile messaging, and future campaign channels.
  • Ensure campaigns meet approval, testing, documentation, retention, and launch requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying commercial email campaigns (or equivalent HTML/web page building experience).
  • 2+ years of experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Zeta, PCM/Harmony, or Cheetah.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Email Marketing, Database Marketing, Data Segmentation, Digital Marketing, Direct Mail Production, HTML/Web Page Building.
  • Strong attention to detail with campaign testing, auditing, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience working in agile or deadline-driven marketing environments.
  • Background in consumer financial services, retail, or credit card marketing.
  • Experience with data segmentation and data auditing.
  • Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
