Job Summary
The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering effective, on-time direct marketing campaigns. This role involves managing audience selection and segmentation, campaign build, testing, auditing, and deployment across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Marketing teams and Performance Marketing stakeholders to deliver effective, on-time direct marketing campaigns.
- Manage audience selection and segmentation while ensuring accurate execution of file-only requests.
- Build, test, audit, and successfully deploy marketing campaigns across designated channel platforms.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on channel platform capabilities and execution best practices.
- Perform creative and data quality assurance to ensure campaign accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance and share data-driven insights to support continuous optimization.
- Maintain real-time project updates within workflow management tools.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
- Continue cross-training across email, direct mail, mobile campaigns, and additional channels as business needs evolve.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure campaigns meet all approval, testing, launch, documentation, and retention requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of marketing or digital project experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Email marketing, Database marketing, Data segmentation, Data collection, Digital marketing, Direct mail production, HTML/web page building.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management and workflow management experience; Workfront experience is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, or agile environment.
- Experience within consumer financial services, particularly credit card or retail environments.
- Experience with data segmentation and data auditing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions and overcome implementation challenges.
- Strong change management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and navigate crucial conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
