Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-signature, owning onboarding and building strong, long-term relationships
- Coordinate campaign launches across CPA, CPC, dedicated sends, and newsletter sponsorships — making sure assets, targeting, and specs are approved and on track
- Monitor pacing and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively resolving performance concerns and operational bottlenecks
- Track delivery against KPIs, analyze results, and prepare client-facing performance summaries with optimization recommendations
- Manage reconciliations, settlement, and invoicing — and grow accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success
- Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- An analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Hands-on experience with performance-based models like CPA and CPC strongly preferred
- Experience in financial marketing, investor acquisition, or capital-markets campaigns highly desirable
- Familiarity with email deliverability, audience targeting, and CRM/reporting platforms is a plus
