Email Campaign Specialist

About the role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Email Campaign Specialist. This role focuses on creating, scheduling, and optimizing email marketing campaigns while supporting marketing initiatives that engage customers and drive business growth. The Email Campaign Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, monitor campaign performance, and ensure high-quality communications.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, technical abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Create, schedule, and launch email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email subscriber lists
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign results
• Proofread email content for quality and accuracy
• Cook up with designers and content teams
• Segment audiences for targeted campaigns
• Maintain campaign calendars and marketing documentation
• Generate campaign performance reports
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
• Aid with marketing automation initiatives
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned

We’re looking for

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A high attention to detail and creativity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact is a plus
• A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• A professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Internship or entry-level marketing experience
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of email marketing analytics
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• An interest in digital marketing and campaign strategy
