Elevator Operator (2nd Shift 1PM - 9PM)

About the role

This full-time Production Associate position focuses on operating and maintaining elevators or lifts within our production facilities. The role ensures the smooth and efficient movement of raw materials, such as grains or ingredients, throughout the facility. You will also perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements.

Physical requirements and working conditions

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at or below shoulder level.
• Work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask or respirator (clean-shaven required for proper seal).
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).

Pay

Starting pay range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour, with additional earning potential based on experience. Eligible for shift differential for non-standard hours.

Schedule

This position is based at our Lake City, MN facility (905 West Marion Street). Work schedules may vary and include shift work, overtime, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift (1 PM – 9 PM shift for this role).
