2nd Shift Operator (3pm - 11pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspections to ensure they are defect free
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standards
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in order
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shifts to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate required
• Able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, including long periods of standing
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay

The starting pay for the 2nd Shift Operator role is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months. Limited positions are available, so apply today!

Schedule

This is a permanent 2nd shift role; there is no opportunity to move to a different shift. Shifts are from 3pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday.
