Responsibilities

• Produce, package, and label all products to meet or exceed quality specifications per shop order, QCICs, and required documentation.
• Operate various manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and orderly; notify Lead/Supervisor of operating problems or unmet standards.
• Meet or exceed all due dates assigned to the manufacturing shop order.
• Take responsibility for all products manufactured.
• Understand and accurately complete documentation, including reading and writing requirements.
• Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product, and tooling as needed.
• Follow gowning processes and maintain a clean, presentable work station.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, on‑site in Beverly, MA.
