Electrician Foreman/ Assistant Superintendent

About the role

Hypower is currently seeking an Electrician Foreman and Assistant Superintendent to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ten or more years of electrical experience
• Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
• Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking
• Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress
• Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data using digital devices
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to travel to various job sites within the Jacksonville area
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
• Must have a valid Social Security number
• Must be able to pass a background check

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in construction management software

Pay

The wage range for this position is $30/hr. & up based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
