Electrical Superintendent/electrical Foreman
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage crews ranging from 2 to 15 members.
- Conduct project take-offs and manage the scheduling and planning process.
- Order and manage materials necessary for project completion.
- Communicate effectively with foremen on site regarding daily issues and progress updates.
- Review project prints and complete look-ahead schedules.
- Establish workflows and sequences to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safety practices.
- Handle instrumentation and conduit runs as required. Engage in hands-on work when necessary.
Essential Skills
- Licensed as a journeyman or master electrician.
- Experience as a lead foreman or superintendent on at least one project.
- Strong skills in electrical work, including conduit, generator, and switchboard installation.
- Proficient in using MS Suite and strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience on at least one industrial job site as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Work Environment
The role involves working with the critical power group, including tasks related to Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), backup generators, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), switchgear, and transfer switches. The position requires an average of 50 hours per week and involves traveling to various project sites, primarily in South Central US. The work environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and effective communication.
