Direct-hire opportunity with an electrical contractor in Atlanta, GA.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of journeyman-level electrical experience
- Minimum of 12,000 hours of verifiable electrical experience (W-2 documentation required; verification through Local Union)
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with construction technology, including tablets, computers, and related software
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Commitment to enforcing safety and attendance standards, establishing performance expectations, and holding team members accountable
- Ability to obtain membership with IBEW Local 613 (assistance provided; W-2 documentation required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction from a General Foreman
Pay
$40–$44 an hour, depending on experience.
