About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and equipment in residential and commercial buildings. Must possess a valid journeyman electrician license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems
• Work with other tradespeople to coordinate projects
• Document work performed and maintain records

Requirements

• Valid journeyman electrician license
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical installations
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical theory and practices
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
