Electrical Services Manager
Job Overview
The Electrical Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the electrical department and its employees. Key responsibilities include hiring and training supervisors, meeting production performance expectations, managing the department budget, driving operational goals through strategic planning, and enhancing operational systems.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license required
- 7–10 years of electrical manufacturing management experience
- Strong team building, leadership, and communication skills
- Effective multitasking, time management, and independent work abilities
- Solid judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven leadership of large teams
- Effective multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing operations
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems (preferable CSI/Syteline)
Leadership Responsibilities

Travel Requirements
Travel to all Robinson facilities may be required.
