Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones
• Maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Congratulate regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables
• Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or conflicts as they arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field
• 5-10 years of proven experience in commercial construction project management, Electrical experience a plus
• Prior TSMC or semi-conductor experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus
