Electrical Project Manager

Traveling position based in Turkey, TX, focused on large-scale data center and industrial construction projects.

Join one of the nation's leading electrical contractors as an Electrical Project Manager overseeing complex commercial or industrial electrical projects. This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical PM who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages projects from preconstruction through completion, and enjoys leading teams. Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, labor productivity, and material procurement.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project transitions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company quality expectations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience.
• Experience managing data center, industrial, commercial, or mission critical electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and project scheduling.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Turkey, Texas.
