Electrical Project Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead custom electrical equipment projects from design through delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines electrical engineering expertise, project management, and customer interaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical engineering projects from concept through testing and delivery.
- Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, and customer communication.
- Create and modify electrical schematics and drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers to ensure project success.
- Support custom machine design, control panel development, and electrical testing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and help optimize engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical (required).
- Project management experience in manufacturing, automation, controls, or custom equipment environments.
- Experience with electrical schematics, control systems, and BOM management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High-voltage, power systems, utility, or industrial controls experience is a plus.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $53.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
