Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability of plant equipment and systems. Conducts inspections, performs repairs, and implements preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and preventative maintenance checks on plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnoses and resolves equipment malfunctions and issues.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of plant assets.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve overall plant efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and reliability.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of electrical theory and practices.
• Experience with industrial automation systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
