About the role
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all building systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC and chiller system maintenance
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain generators, transformers, panels, pumps, and lighting systems
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot electrical and MEP-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure fire safety and compliance with safety standards
- Monitor utility consumption and equipment performance
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Support tenant fit-out and maintenance requirements
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required
- Perform any other task assigned by supervisor related to the role
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Skills in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, maintenance management, plant maintenance, building maintenance, and knowledge of maintenance procedures
