Litigation Paralegal (Elder Abuse)

A previous experience in elder abuse personal injury law or litigation support is preferred.

• Manage case files, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist in discovery and investigation, including evidence gathering and deposition support.
• Provide pre-trial and trial support, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and case strategy materials.
• Track billable and non-billable hours, ensuring effective time management.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.
