About Our Client

Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, organization, and response preparation
- Maintain and track case files, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met
- Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates as needed
- Support settlement efforts, including mediation preparation and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with applicable legal standards and court procedures
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters
- Demonstrated background handling complex litigation cases
- Familiarity with Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court procedures
- Strong legal writing and document preparation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment
Compensation
Contract: $38.46 – $43.26 / Hour | Conversion: $80,000 – $90,000 / Year + monthly bonus
