Senior Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to subpoenas and legal requests from various jurisdictions
• Communicate with counsel and agencies to resolve third-party requests successfully
• Prepare and file litigation documents for court cases and arbitrations
• Evaluate and streamline internal litigation processes for efficiency
• Support legal operations projects including tools and policy implementations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with heavy focus on civil subpoenas and third-party legal requests
• Paid experience preparing and filing pleadings for state and federal litigation and arbitration
• Experience managing over 50 concurrent legal matters with strict deadlines and accuracy
• Familiarity with legal tech for case management and e-discovery
• Knowledge of generative AI applications in legal workflows
