About the role

The EHS Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of all company operations. This includes conducting regular inspections, implementing safety protocols, and addressing any incidents that arise.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Training employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Responding to and investigating workplace accidents and near-misses.
• Maintaining records of safety and environmental activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in EHS management or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
