About the role
The EHS Coordinator II position is responsible for overseeing environmental health and safety programs within the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting workplace safety audits, developing and implementing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response plans
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Monitor workplace hazards and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain safety records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with risk assessment tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
