About the role
The EHR Trainer & Support role is responsible for providing training and support to healthcare providers in the Sedalia, MO area.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training and technical support for electronic health records systems.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance user proficiency.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to EHR systems.
- Develop and maintain user guides and other instructional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with patient data management and confidentiality.
