Clinical Support Trainer (EHR Trainer)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training and provide technical support for clinical applications
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and onboarding programs for staff
• Document support calls, create knowledge base content, and escalate unresolved issues
• Respond to operational process gaps with solutions and efficiency improvements
• Maintain confidentiality of inmate data and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Update technical documentation and implement best practices to enhance software utilization

Requirements

• Clinical/Nursing Background
• Experience 3+ years in a Clinical support role or 2+ years in a Correctional Healthcare role
• Current knowledge of PCs, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak and train comfortably with technical and non-technical users
• Must obtain and maintain security clearance
