EHR Systems Analyst III

Role: Senior Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst specializing in supporting and optimizing Epic Ambulatory systems within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Include Leading the implementation, support, and maintenance of hospital information systems, with a focus on Epic Ambulatory modules, including Occupational Medicine workflows.Designing, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting applications to support clinical and revenue cycle workflows.Collaborating with technical teams and end-users to develop system specifications, conduct testing, and ensure seamless integration of applications.Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for existing systems, including escalated incident management.Developing and delivering training materials, mentoring support staff, and leading user group meetings to enhance operational understanding and efficiency.Supporting system upgrades, implementation projects, and on-call duties, including travel up to 25% for on-site support during go-lives and critical events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT.Minimum of five years’ recent experience with Epic applications, particularly Ambulatory modules.Epic certification in relevant areas, with certifications in Bones or Wisdom preferred.Experience supporting Occupational Health workflows in Epic, including Epic Occupational Medicine module, is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, system configuration, troubleshooting, and project leadership. This role requires a proactive, collaborative professional capable of leading system design, supporting end-users, and ensuring optimal Epic system performance in a healthcare environment.
