EHR Application III Analyst

Overview

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Certified in Cadence within 6 months of hire
• Experience with Epic and other Clinical applications
• Collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and technology departments
• Ability to resolve complex issues and maintain system integrity

Responsibilities

• Takes technical responsibility across all stages of configuration development and deployment
• Plans and drives software configuration activities
• Maintains application support processes and investigates issues related to applications
• Manages user experience evaluations and ensures compliance with security, usability, and accessibility requirements
• Facilitates recovery from incidents and documents resolved incidents
• Participates in an after-hours on-call rotation

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Supervisor experience preferred

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
