EHR Systems Analyst III

Seeking an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst III to lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare information systems, primarily focusing on Epic Ambulatory workflows. Key responsibilities include: Leading project meetings, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Epic applications.Collaborating with technical teams and end-users to develop system specifications and enhancements.Supporting process improvements, monitoring system performance, and resolving incidents.Providing training, mentorship, and user support to ensure efficient system utilization.Managing on-call duties and providing on-site support during go-lives, with travel up to 25%. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT.At least five years of recent Epic application experience, with Epic certification in the relevant area.Experience supporting Occupational Health workflows and Epic Occupational Medicine module is preferred.Strong knowledge of Epic system capabilities, workflow design, and project management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
