EHR Systems Analyst III

About the role

Lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare information systems, primarily focusing on Epic Ambulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Epic applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams and end-users to develop system specifications and enhancements.
• Support process improvements, monitor system performance, and resolve incidents.
• Provide training, mentorship, and user support to ensure efficient system utilization.
• Manage on-call duties and provide on-site support during go-lives, with travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare IT.
• At least five years of recent Epic application experience, with Epic certification in the relevant area.
• Experience supporting Occupational Health workflows and Epic Occupational Medicine module is preferred.
