About the role
We are seeking an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst III to lead the design, implementation, and support of hospital information systems, primarily supporting Epic Ambulatory workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams and end-users to develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot applications
- Design workflow solutions
- Support system enhancements and incident resolution
- Provide training and mentorship to staff
- Manage system updates
- Ensure compliance with policies
- Support after-hours on-call duties
- Travel up to 25% for on-site support during go-lives and critical events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum five years of healthcare IT experience, including five years in Epic applications
- Epic certification in the relevant area is required
- Preferred certifications in Bones or Wisdom
- Experience with Occupational Health workflows and Epic Occupational Medicine module is strongly preferred
