EHR Application Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, and support Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms to ensure seamless clinical and administrative operations.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient workflows.
• Operate with minimal direction, exercising independent responsibility, discretion, and decision-making on critical tasks.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand hospital business operations, integrated delivery system requirements, and IT applications in healthcare.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
• 3+ years of experience working with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems.
• Experience in healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams.
• Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic proficiency in at least one module (e.g., ClinDoc, Ambulatory, Orders).
• Meditech proficiency.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $44,928 to $65,062 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
