EHR Clinical Analyst - Onsite in Southeast Michigan
Employment Type: Full time | Shift: Day Shift (primarily onsite with occasional remote flexibility)
About the role
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst to deliver high-quality EHR (Electronic Health Record) training, support, and process optimization for Clinical support staff. The EHR Clinical Analyst I also supports process improvement, reporting, and the successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.
- Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
- Answers the Clinical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.
- Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.
- Provides in-person “elbow support” to Clinical support staff during implementations, go-lives, and as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare or information technology.
- Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.
- 1-3 years’ relevant work experience utilizing EHR in a medical practice environment; IHA office experience strongly preferred.
