Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for educational technology products and services.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify and implement effective educational technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in educational technology support or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology software.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
- Experience with educational technology products such as LMS, SIS, and other tools used in K-12 environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
