Your talents

• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, education, communication studies, media studies, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial to several years of practical experience in knowledge management, learning/enablement, content management, or digital knowledge platforms.
• Passion for digitalization, innovative tools, and modern forms of knowledge transfer.
• A good understanding of processes in a technology-driven or consulting-oriented environment.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• (Ideally) Experience with knowledge management tools, wikis, learning platforms, or collaboration tools.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A good sense for presenting complex content in a clear, user-friendly way.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable systems.
• Knowledge of didactics, learning design, content editing, or instructional design.
• Experience in building scalable knowledge structures and governance models.
