Education and Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an Education and Outreach Specialist to serve as a bridge between community members and providers through outreach and education across the southern Trillium counties in Robeson County, North Carolina. The position requires flexibility to attend community events outside of standard business hours and travel to designated counties.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a bridge between community members and providers through outreach and education
• Attend community events in evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Provide support to the team by participating in community events
• Work in the Southern Region of the Trillium service area
• Reside in Robeson County
• Travel to designated Trillium counties: Craven, Jones, Carteret, Sampson, Duplin, Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Bladen, Robeson, Hoke, and Scotland
