About the role
The Manager Nursing oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Managing staff to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Leading the execution of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and goals
- Developing and implementing processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices
- Recommending opportunities for practice improvements using knowledge and insights
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse, including at least 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations
- Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
